THE GT STORY
Tino Magnatta and Golly Prabhu (founders of GT Advertising) met in the late 1990's. Tino had just joined a small digital ad agency and Golly had just started in the marketing department at Flamingo Las Vegas, Golly at that time was Tino’s client. Golly and Tino (hence the name GT Advertising) both had the same philosophy of marketing “if you can’t measure it we don’t do it“, and with that they were instrumental in pioneering digital marketing for the casino business by sending the first email campaigns in casino history and implementing some of the first search campaigns.
Golly went on to work at Paris Las Vegas, Ballys Las Vegas, Caesars Entertainment and The Venetian, and Tino and his agency supported all of the innovation during that period. After his departure from the Venetian, Golly and Tino teamed up to form GT Advertising, which has now become the leader in email appends for the casino/hospitality business. Email has always been their specialty and they have evolved over twenty years with the most powerful tool in digital marketing, EMAIL.
Tino Magnatta is the Co-Founder of GT Advertising, LLC (GTAD), along with partner, Golly Prabhu. After heading one of the first agencies to send out emails and search engine marketing campaigns in the gaming industry, Golly and Tino saw an enormous gap in casino marketing. Casinos were missing a huge opportunity to communicate with their players as their email databases were lacking active addresses or emails had not been collected at all. With its trusted, simple and affordable program, GT has helped its clients shatter their email response rates and is now the market leader for email acquisition services.
Magnatta has a degree in Motion Picture Studies from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada and won a Grammy award for producing Sam Kinison’s Last Comedy Album in 1995. He speaks four languages and spends his free time on adventures with his wife Marci and his son Mattia. Tino is proud of the work his company does within the Native American community, including raising money for the Notah Begay III Foundation through its association with NIGA and Raving Consulting. Golly and Tino offer casinos of all sizes the ability to effectively grow their email database, resulting in much greater returns.
Golly Prabhu is the Co-Founder of GT Advertising, LLC (GTAD), along with partner, Tino Magnatta. Golly has 20 years of experience as a marketing executive at multiple properties in Las Vegas, including Flamingo Las Vegas, Bally's/Paris, Caesars Entertainment Corp, and the Venetian. He is a pioneer in digital marketing, having sent out some of the first emails and search engine marketing campaigns in gaming history.
Prabhu went to UNLV for his Masters in Hotel Administration and his Bachelors from University of Buffalo. Golly spends his free time playing tennis and is an avid sports fan.
Being a cancer survivor, he also spends time fundraising for Cancer Research Racquet, a group that creates tennis events that raise money for cancer research.
